Please follow these steps to contact Starlink Directly.
- Login to your Starlink portal at https://auth.starlink.com/
- Navigate to the Support Section
- Choose any of the support articles then select the thumbs down icon at the bottom.
- Here you can send a support request.
If you are unable to access your account, have not received your confirmation email or cant retrieve your password you can first try using this Contact Support Form.
If still unsuccessful you can try these steps copied from the critical information summary.
